Spotlight of a Finished Apartment
Unveiling our 4-month, 600 square foot studio apartment makeover. Smart planning of a couple’s wing of their mansion, to prepare them to live in, as their full house remodel starts in 2024. Once the remodel is complete the space will be used as a warm and inviting guest corridor. This charming and cozy space consisted of two bedrooms with an oversized living room and bath.
DGI personalized the space by using a coastal beachy style, reflecting a breezy, beach like feel. A neutral palette with colors in hues of blue and aqua green add to the coastal design concept. Makes since, as the apartment looks out to the client’s incredible outdoor oasis gardens and pool.
This remodel with custom furniture, area rugs, bedding and all new accessories completes the surf, sand, and sky décor. Furniture by Hooker, Bernhardt, and Sherrill along with Hunter Douglas soft Provence custom shades, area rugs by Jaunty, complete bedding by Eastern Accent with a sea scape décor and lighting by Uttermost completes the look.
