Our intention as design experts is to always complete a remodel project that have the clients in mind and thoughtfully fulfill their dream come true space. Design compromises for optimum needed function, along with a semi-restrictive budget, can weigh very heavily on the finished completion of the design project itself. A great primary bath remodel will always have a well thought out concept along with all principles of design as its foundation.

Achieving a new breathtaking luxurious transitional spa retreat, that included all the clients desired personal indulgences, from luxurious finishes to high-end plumbing and custom details, was the game plan. A sanctuary for two that was eye soothing, relaxing and stylish at the same time. Unexpected traditional flavors on selected elements would be part of this design. This new bath space would need to be open, light and airy and feel just like a five-star hotel. No longer would they visit luxury hotels and think “I wish this was mine”.

This was the couple’s chance for the first time to be able to create a whole new bath retreat just for themselves. Dreams of having a timeless treasure while having superior craftsmanship would take this project to a whole new level that the clients would be proud to show off.

This project is a NARI’s Southwest Region’s 2024 Regional CotY Winner for Residential Bath $70,000 to $100,000.
